Sudhanshu Khandelwal

Sudhanshu Khandelwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and finance. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at MCube Financial LLC since June 2011, Khandelwal oversees outsourcing services for commercial mortgage origination, asset management, and securitization. Previous roles include Managing Director at Beekman Helix India, where responsibilities included investor relations and strategic consulting, and various positions at BlackRock Solutions and Beekman Advisors, specializing in real estate debt portfolio management. Khandelwal also held significant positions at Pramerica - BHI Advisors and Bank of America, leading CMBS securitization efforts and corporate investments research. A background in technology was developed at IBM and Thyron Informatics, with early expertise in software engineering. Khandelwal holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Duke University, a Master’s in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
