Maged Rasmy

Maged Rasmy has held various roles at MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles since 1990. Maged'smost recent position was as the Head of Trucks, Vans, PSD & After-Sales Business unit starting in 2019. Prior to that, they served as the After-Sales Director from 2014 to 2018, Managing Director of MCV India in 2012, Deputy Technical Director for Egypt & Overseas factories from 2009 to 2011, Production & Maintenance GM from 2003 to 2008, and Quality GM from 2001 to 2002. Before joining MCV, Rasmy worked as an Engineering Manager at MIS - Metal Industries Salheya from 1997 to 2000, and at MAN Egypt as an Engineering Manager in the Bus Sector from 1990 to 1996.

Maged Rasmy holds a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Design and Production from Cairo University, which they completed in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in the same field from Cairo University in 2003. Maged began their educational journey by earning a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ain Shams University in 1990. In addition to their formal education, Maged Rasmy has also acquired certifications in Developing Strategic Thinking from the Institute of Directors (IoD), as well as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Certified Quality Manager from The American University in Cairo.
