Kirk Petty

Kirk Petty has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McWane, Inc. since 2021. Previously, he served as Vice President and Controller from 2012 to 2020. During his time at McWane, Kirk has worked in the areas of financial accounting, acquisitions, debt financings, taxes and pensions. Prior to his time at McWane, Kirk worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he primarily served clients in the insurance and real estate industries.

Kirk is a 1999 graduate from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama with a B.S. in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his family live in Birmingham. He is a member of Briarwood Presbyterian Church and serves on the Board of Campus Outreach.
