Kevin McCarthy serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at McWane, Inc., where responsibilities include establishing a professional HR function and leading Corporate Communications for a multinational corporation in the waterworks and fire protection manufacturing sector. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Russell Stover Candies, Inc., where Kevin transformed HR into a strategic partner, and Vice President of Human Resources at Wolverine Tube, Inc., focusing on HR and EH&S management.
