Jason M. Newcomer

Jason M. Newcomer, LEED AP, serves as the Senior Vice President of Development-Hospitality at McWHINNEY since October 2016, leading real estate development projects and acquisitions for the McWhinney Hospitality group with a current portfolio exceeding $330 million. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President at City Projects, Inc., where advisory and development management services were provided, and Senior Real Estate Manager at DCS, Inc., focusing on projects in Colorado. Jason also held significant positions at Urban Villages as Project Executive for the SugarCube project, Continuum Partners as Construction Manager for the Belmar project, and Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc. as Project Manager overseeing multiple construction projects across the western region. Jason holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
