Joe Freeman

Joe Freeman has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry, spanning over 25 years. Joe currently holds the position of Vice President at McWilliams|Ballard since December 2018. Previously, Joe served as the President of Freeman Development Group, LLC, a real estate firm specializing in luxury residential and mixed-use development in downtown Washington DC. Joe has also worked as a Real Estate Associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where they ranked among the top 5% of agents globally. Prior to their career in real estate, Joe worked as a Federal Representative - Director at the Office of the Governor, Commonwealth of Virginia.

Joe Freeman attended Radford University from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Political Science.
