Daniella Lomo

Daniella Lomo is an experienced professional with a strong background in people operations and business management. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at MD Clarity since May 2022, Daniella leads various functions including Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications, Recruitment, and Learning and Development. Previous roles include internships at Snap Inc. and Google, and a position as Talent Strategist at GitHub. Daniella is also the Founder and CEO of The ColorFull Experience, LLC, dedicated to empowering Black and LatinX communities. Additional experience includes senior roles at Spotify, Pandora, and Deloitte. Daniella holds an MBA with a focus on Organizational Effectiveness and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School, a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Connecticut, and participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
