Amanda Beresford

Amanda Beresford has extensive work experience in various roles across different companies. Amanda started their career in 1997 as a Public Servant at the Ontario Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services and worked there until 2014. Following that, Amanda worked at TD-Retail Banking as a Client Services Representative from 2013 to 2014. Amanda then joined TD-MBNA and served as a Sales Associate from 2014 to 2014, followed by an Online Specialist from 2014 to 2015. Amanda also worked at TD-MBNA as a Senior Account Manager from 2015 to 2015. Amanda then transitioned to TD Wealth - Direct Investing as a Senior Investment Representative from 2015 to 2016. Amanda joined TD Wealth Private Investment Advice as a Client Service Associate from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at MD Financial Management | Gestion financière MD, where they have held several roles, including Team Lead from 2018 to 2019, Acting Regional Manager - Early Career from 2019 to 2020, Manager, Regional Administration - Early Career from 2019 to 2021, Zone Lead, Client Support from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as the National Lead - Client Administrative Services.

Amanda Beresford obtained a foundation degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from St. Lawrence College from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they studied Art/Art Studies, General at Wilfrid Laurier University from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Amanda has obtained several certifications in wealth management and securities from the Canadian Securities Institute, including Wealth Management Essentials (WME), LLQP, Effective Management Seminar, Branch Managers Course (BMC), Canadian Securities Course (CSI), and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
