Esther Davies Chartered McIpd

Esther Davies has held various HR-related roles throughout their career. Esther began as an HR Manager at Major Recruitment in February 1998 and stayed in this position until January 2010. Esther then joined Crest Plus as the Head of HR & Facilities in February 2010 and served in this role until November 2017. Currently, they are the Head of HR at MD Group, a position they have held since November 2017.

Esther Davies Chartered MCIPD has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Esther also holds a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certification in Human Resource Management from the University of Huddersfield. Esther further expanded their knowledge by completing a Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Introduction to Counselling Skills from Chrysalis Courses. In addition to their educational qualifications, they are also a Qualified Registrant with the National Hypnotherapy Society and is recognized as a Chartered CIPD by the CIPD organization.
