Nicholas Gioconda has been in the field of Human Resources and Learning and Development for over two decades, working in companies such as Guitar Center and TJX before their current position at MD Logistics. With a background in Clothing & Textiles from Framingham State University, Nicholas excels in designing, implementing, and facilitating leadership training programs, as well as consulting Executive Leadership on all HR matters.
