Victoria Irwin

Victoria Irwin is the Head of Business Development and Sales at MDA, a position held since October 2023, responsible for managing sales operations, implementing strategic sales plans, and fostering customer relationships in the Space Industry. Prior to this role, Victoria served as the Head of Export Business at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL) from May 2010 to October 2023, overseeing all export activities and contributing significantly to the company's strategic objectives. Earlier positions at SSTL included Head of Business for Earth Observation and Space Safety, Programme Manager, and Senior Project Manager for various satellite projects. Victoria began their career at Astrium as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer and holds an MPhys degree in Physics with Space Technology from The University of Salford.
