Anthony Marchesiello

Anthony Marchesiello has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Director - Strategic Finance at MD&A since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager - Finance, Planning & Analysis at MD&A from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining MD&A, Anthony worked at M&T Bank, where they held several positions. Anthony was the Asset Liability Management Team Lead and Assistant Vice President from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they managed the balance sheet forecasting team and was responsible for coordinating business line strategy across the bank. Anthony also led the hedging program and represented the Treasury at Asset Liability Committee meetings.

Prior to their role as Team Lead, Anthony was a Senior Asset Liability Management Analyst and Assistant Vice President from 2019 to 2019. Anthony also served as a Treasury Planning Analyst and Banking Officer from 2017 to 2019.

Earlier in their career, Anthony was the Clean Snowmobile Team Captain at UB Society of Automotive Engineers Student Chapter from 2014 to 2017. Anthony led a team that brought innovation to the snowmobiling industry and received multiple awards and recognition for their achievements in the Diesel Utility Class.

Anthony also gained experience as a Strategic Operations Intern at ECON Technologies LLC in 2016 and as an EID Intern at GE Power & Water in 2015 and 2014. Additionally, they served as a Student Operations Assistant at Ellms Family Farm from 2009 to 2013.

Anthony Marchesiello earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo from 2012 to 2017. Anthony then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, from 2015 to 2017.
