Kristin Esterby

Kristin Esterby has extensive experience in human resources, spanning from 2003 to the present. Kristin is currently the Director of Human Resources at MD&A since March 2022. Previously, they worked at GSK from August 2017 to March 2022, where they served as an HR Business Partner/ HR Site Lead for a manufacturing facility. Prior to that, from August 2016 to July 2017, Kristin was the Director of Human Resources at Charter Communications, supporting an inbound sales call center. Before that, from August 2013 to August 2016, they held the position of HR Manager at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable), and from February 2010 to 2013, they were a Senior HR Generalist at Time Warner Cable. Additionally, Kristin began their career as an HR Coordinator at Capital District YMCA from February 2003 to February 2007.

Kristin Esterby obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from The College of Saint Rose, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In 2006, they completed a Certificate of Completion in the SHRM Learning System from SHRM.

In addition to their formal education, Kristin Esterby has also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they became an Insights Discovery Practitioner through Insights. Kristin also holds a Professional in Human Resources certification, although the specific details of when and where they obtained this certification are not provided.
