Mike D.

Mike D. is a Staff Engineer at MDA Space, where they have been providing Space Robotics solutions to various international space agencies and commercial contractors for over 30 years. With expertise in Systems Engineering, Hardware Design, and Program Management, Mike has led projects and safety teams while being recognized as a sustaining expert in Space Robotics interfaces by NASA and other organizations. They co-founded and managed the Project Engineering Community of Practice at MDA from 2007 to 2014 and have held various engineering roles throughout their career, beginning as a Junior Engineer at Bombardier Transportation. Mike holds a Master of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Engineering from Lakehead University.
