Kristi Johnson

Kristi Johnson has experience working in human resources, payroll, and employee benefits management. With a background in handling payroll, recruitment, on-boarding, disciplinary actions, and terminations, Kristi has a solid understanding of HR procedures. At MDC Precision, Kristi serves as the VP of Human Resources, overseeing payroll and other HR functions for approximately 200 employees. Prior to this role, Kristi held positions as a Human Resources Manager at Advanced Auto Body & Modesto Collision Center and Boretech Resource Recovery Engineering, where Kristi managed various HR tasks and maintained employee benefit programs.
