Charlie Jones

Charlie Jones is an Operational Performance Analyst at MDDUS since July 2022, previously holding various roles at Sky from February 2017 to July 2022, including Senior Planner and Tactical Planning Analyst. Charlie established a strong presence within the team during the pandemic while adapting to remote and hybrid work environments. Notably, contributions to the Sky Glass project involved collaborating with multiple departments to enhance agent training across sales, service, and retail operations. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media & Interaction Design from Edinburgh Napier University and an HNC in Computing Interactive Media from Edinburgh College.
