Dhruv Kothari

Dhruv Kothari is an accomplished professional with a solid background in engineering and operational performance. Currently serving as an Analyst in Operational Performance at RONA since February 2023, Dhruv previously held multiple roles at Neptronic from May 2022 to February 2023, including Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement positions, along with an internship focused on quality assurance. Prior experience includes a role with the Reception Team at Lufa Farms Inc. from July 2021 to May 2022. Dhruv holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University, completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from LJ Institute of Engineering and Technology, earned in 2020.
