Claire Clark

Claire Clark has a strong background in customer service and operations management. Claire is currently the Head of Customer Service at MDDUS, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Operations Manager at Cigna International from April 2019 to July 2020. Claire also has experience as an Operations Manager at British Gas from October 2013 to April 2019. Claire began their career at Hbos Plc as a Mortgage Underwriter in May 2001, and then worked at Mortgages plc as a Senior Underwriter from March 2007 to May 2011. Claire's expertise also includes leadership roles, as they served as a Collections Team Leader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from March 2011 to October 2013.

Claire Clark attended Trinity High School in Rutherglen from 1993 to 1999. Claire then went on to study Politics & Management Studies at the University of Glasgow from 1999 to 2001.
