Siri Aaen Styles has a diverse work experience in finance and administration roles. Siri Aaen currently serves as the CFO at MDE Group, where they specialize in recruitment and consulting services. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at IKM Acona from 2019 to 2022 and as the Group Controller from 2013 to 2018. Siri Aaen also held the position of CFO at IKM Consultants AS from June 2021 to November 2021. Siri has experience in the energy sector, having worked as the Acting CFO at Acona from 2014 to 2015 and as the Legal Entity Controller at Seadrill from 2012 to 2013. Siri Aaen started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Senior Associate and an Associate from 2010 to 2012. Siri also has experience in administrative management, having served as the Administrative Manager at TipoGen AS from 2007 to 2008. In addition, they have previous roles in accounting and customer service positions at Løvenskiold Handel AS and Chess Communication AS, respectively.
Siri Aaen Styles attended the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued their Master's degree in Economic analysis and Finance at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Finally, from 2011 to 2012, Siri attended BI Norwegian Business School, where they earned another Master's degree in Regnskap og revisjon (MRR/HRS), focusing on accounting and auditing.
