Nora Alia Yusri has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nora Alia started their career as an intern at PETRONAS Lubricants International in 2010. Nora Alia then joined American Express as an Account Protection Specialist, where they provided guidance and support to merchants in handling account-related issues and fraud cases. After that, they worked at YTL Communications Sdn Bhd, where they held roles as a Senior Executive in the Property Division and later in Account Management for the 1Bestarinet project. In these roles, they managed projects, built relationships with stakeholders, and trained teachers on the project's products and applications. Currently, they are working at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), where they have held positions as a Project Lead in areas such as Partnership Management & Industry Engagement - Sharing Economy Models and Program Management for e-commerce initiatives. In these roles, they have been responsible for driving the adoption of sharing economy models and facilitating partnerships within targeted sectors, as well as supporting the planning and execution of various projects.

Nora Alia Yusri attended Universiti Teknologi MARA from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Diploma in Mass Communication. Nora Alia continued their education at the same university from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Mass Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Advertising. Nora Alia also holds additional certifications in areas such as Scrum, Influencing, Agile Project Management, Personal Mastery NLP, and Public Speaking.
