Migena Koster-Dako

Migena Koster-Dako currently serves as the Head of Global Business Development Unit at MDF, a position held since September 2019, and previously worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Bid/Prospect Development Manager at SNV from September 2015 to August 2019, and Project/Bid Manager at ECORYS from June 2011 to September 2015, where Migena also managed the Ecorys Academy. Additional professional experience encompasses positions at the Prime Minister's Office in Albania, IOM Albania, and Beton Plus, along with an internship at the Ministry of Integration Romania. Migena holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, and a Licence and University Degree in International Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
