Laura Schwartz, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources. Laura is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at MDI | Minnesota Diversified Industries since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Berger Allied Moving & Storage from April 2018 to January 2022, overseeing HR operations across multiple branch offices. From August 2007 to April 2018, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Core-Mark International, where they managed all HR aspects for the Minneapolis Division. Laura's early experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Good Sense Foods, formerly Waymouth Farms, Inc., where they provided counseling and recommendations to managers on employee relations issues and ensured compliance with company policies. Laura'swork experience spans from January 1999 to July 2007.
Laura Schwartz, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico de Tepic. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in January 2020, and Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2011.
