Dr. Anupama Prashar

Dr. Anupama Prashar is an accomplished academic in the field of Operations Management, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon since July 2014. Responsibilities include designing and delivering courses for both Post Graduate and Executive Management Programs, conducting Executive Development Programs and Management Development Programs, and engaging in academic research and consultancy. Previously, Dr. Prashar held the position of Associate Dean (Academics) at the IILM Institute for Higher Education from September 2012 to June 2014, where duties involved monitoring academic delivery and engaging with industry and recruiters for curriculum development. Prior experience also includes over nine years as an Associate Professor at Punjab Technical University, focusing on Quantitative Analysis and Operations Management, along with training in Six Sigma methodologies.
