Mangesh Gadewar

Mangesh Gadewar currently serves as a Senior Coordinator in the Alumni Relations Committee and as Joint Secretary in HR Direction at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, where roles have included junior coordination and team member positions. As a Co-Founder of Road To IPM since July 2021, Mangesh aids aspirants in their Integrated Programme in Management preparations through a YouTube channel and pro-bono consulting. Previous internships include a Young Leader Intern role at Airtel, focusing on workforce attrition and productivity, and a Market Research Intern position at Amul. Additionally, Mangesh coordinated internships for the IPM Internship Committee at IIM Rohtak, developed a Social Impact Index at icareindia, and held leadership roles at H.R. College of Commerce & Economics. Mangesh is pursuing an MBA in HRM at Management Development Institute, having earned a BBA (IPM) from IIM Rohtak.
