Ninad Kulkarni

Ninad Kulkarni has extensive experience in operations management. Ninad is currently working as the Director of Operations at MDI NetworX since April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Director of Operations at MDI NetworX from April 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining MDI NetworX, Ninad worked at StateStreet Syntel Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager of Operations from March 2017 to April 2021. Ninad also served as a Manager of Operations at TriZetto Corporation (A Cognizant Company) from April 2015 to March 2017.

Earlier in their career, Ninad held roles such as Deputy Manager of Operations and Assistant Manager of Operations at TriZetto Corporation from April 2013 to March 2015 and from June 2011 to March 2013, respectively.

Ninad has also gained experience at Datamatics Global Services as an Assistant Manager of BPO Operations from April 2008 to June 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Team Leader at Tricom India Ltd from September 2007 to April 2008.

Ninad started their career at Tela Sourcing India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Team Lead from March 2006 to September 2007, where they managed a team of claim executives and maintained client relationships in the US Healthcare industry.

Their earliest role was as a PPC Engineer at Tata Motors from 2003 to 2006.

Ninad Kulkarni completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications degree at Chanakya Education Societys Indira College of Commerce & Science, Pune from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from S E S Polytechnic, Solapur from 1996 to 1999. Ninad also received a DAE degree in Automobile Engineering from the Board of Technical Education during the same period. In terms of additional certifications, Ninad obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from SIBM, Pune.
