Jackie Metzler

Jackie Metzler is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in legal compliance and clinical operations. Currently serving as a Legal Compliance Manager at MDLIVE, by Evernorth since July 2022, Jackie collaborates with legal and compliance partners to advance quality and risk management initiatives. With a longstanding tenure at Cigna HealthCare since October 2010 as the Urgent Care Clinical Operations Manager, Jackie focuses on risk management to enhance patient and employee safety. Additionally, Jackie has contributed to the American Heart Association as a certified CPR instructor and served as an adjunct faculty member at Grand Canyon University. Jackie's background includes hospice care as a Registered Nurse, providing compassionate support to terminally ill patients. Jackie holds both a Master's degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
