Kirsten Phillips

Kirsten Phillips has a diverse work experience, including roles in sales, business development, and athletics. Kirsten is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at MDLIVE, an Evernorth company, where they have been since August 2022. Prior to this, Kirsten held the position of Senior Vice President, Sales at MDLIVE from July 2020 to August 2022. Before joining MDLIVE, they worked as the Vice President of Sales, West at TopBloc from February 2020 to July 2020. Kirsten also had a role as a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive, Workday Consulting Services at IBM from February 2019 to February 2020. Kirsten started their career as a Business Development Representative at PeopleFluent in October 2011 and held various roles at the company, including Enterprise Account Executive and Sales Manager, until February 2019. Kirsten's earliest work experience was as a Division I Student Athlete at the North Carolina State University Gymnastics Team from August 2007 to July 2011.
