Lucrezia Grasso

Lucrezia Grasso has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Lucrezia began their career in 2009 as an intern at UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking. In 2010, they joined Citi as an Analyst in Hedge Fund Rates Sales. Lucrezia was promoted to Associate, Vice President, and finally Director in Hedge Fund & Real Money Rates Sales. In 2022, Grasso became a Member of the 100WF Milan Commitee at 100 Women In Finance. Most recently, they were appointed as Senior Vice President of Business Development at MDOTM Ltd, the European leader in AI-driven investment strategies for institutional investors.

Lucrezia Grasso completed their BSc in Business Administration & Management from Università Bocconi in 2008. Lucrezia then completed an MSc in Finance from Università Bocconi in 2010. In 2010, they also participated in an International Exchange Programme at Queen's University, where they received an MBA.
