Ahmed Hossam has extensive experience in card center operations and project coordination within the banking and digital payments sectors. Currently serving as the Card Center Operation Manager and Perso Customer Service Operation Manager at Masria Digital Payments since February 2012, Ahmed is responsible for overseeing daily production and ensuring timely card printing while providing customer service support for over 20 banks in and out of Egypt. Prior roles include Project Coordinator at Barclays Investment Bank, where coordination of daily tasks was managed, and Assistant Supervisor at Giesecke & Devrient, focusing on technical support, data generation, and vault management for cards. Ahmed also worked as a Project Coordinator at BNP Paribas, personalizing large batches for projects. Educationally, Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Future Academy (2003-2006) and attended Gamal Abd Elnaser (2000-2002).
