Dante Germena

Dante Germena currently serves as the Head of Commercial Finance for Dispute Resolution and Interim Head of Commercial Finance for Private at Mishcon de Reya LLP since June 2023. Previously, Dante was a Senior Finance Business Partner at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), focusing on financial and commercial support for the Cyber Security Team. Dante also held multiple roles at Refinitiv, an LSEG business, including Finance Business Partner and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, managing financial processes for Cyber Security, Technology Risk, and the Architecture and Strategy Technology group. Earlier experience includes various finance roles at Thomson Reuters, culminating as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for the Product Engineering Technology team. Dante holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology.
