Eloise Harding

Eloise Harding is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP since July 2019, following roles as Managing Associate and Associate at the same firm. Prior to this, Eloise held the position of IP Counsel at Burberry for a brief period in early 2019. Eloise began her tenure at Mishcon de Reya LLP in 2016 as an Associate and has previous experience as an Associate at Wiggin and as a Legal Secondee at NBCUniversal, Inc. A Trainee Solicitor at Charles Russell LLP, Eloise also worked as a Paralegal at Clyde & Co LLP. Academically, Eloise holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Oxford, a LPC from the College of Law, an LLM in Commercial Law from UCL, and a 2.1 degree in Law from the University of Bristol.
