Robert Hartley

Robert Hartley is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax dispute resolution and litigation. Currently a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP since September 2016, Robert has previously held significant positions as Director of Legal Services at KPMG, Legal Director in Tax Disputes at DLA Piper, and Of Counsel at Lovells, where work included direct and indirect tax disputes and notable transfer pricing enquiries. Additionally, Robert has experience as a Senior Associate at McGrigors and began a legal career in independent practice as a Barrister, specializing in civil and criminal matters. Robert holds a MA and LLM in Law from the University of Cambridge.
