Sian Rodway is the Chief Operating Officer at MDRx, shaping the delivery of consulting services. Sian also serves as an Academy Trustee at Sir Thomas Rich's School. Prior to these roles, Sian held various positions at PA Consulting, including Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant. Sian also worked as a Project Manager at Infobuzz, managing projects for a charity in the south west of England. Additionally, Sian has experience in business development at DAI and as a Postgraduate Researcher at Durham University, where they focused on developmental issues in Nepal. Sian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Master of Science in International Defence, Development and Diplomacy.
