Melissa MacKenzie

Melissa MacKenzie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and quality systems. Currently serving as a Knowledge Management Specialist at MDS Aero Support Corporation since November 2015, Melissa collaborates with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement learning development plans. Previous roles include Quality Systems Developer, where Melissa specialized in ISO 9001:2015 audits and the management of quality systems.
