Steve Finlay

Steve Finlay, P.Eng. has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Steve began their career as an engineering coop at Transport Canada Aircraft Certification in 2003. Steve then worked as a mechanical engineering coop at MDS Aero Support Corporation from 2004 to 2005. In 2006, they joined MDS Gas Turbine Engine Solutions as a Mechanical Engineer, a role they held until 2011. Steve then moved on to become a Proposal Manager from 2011 to 2015, followed by an Account Executive from 2015 to 2018. Steve then progressed to the role of Director of Business Development from 2018 to 2020, Director of Proposals in 2020, and currently serves as the Director of Global Business Development since October 2021.

Steve Finlay, P.Eng. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University. Their studies spanned from 2001 to 2006.
