Dave Prezioso

Dave Prezioso is the Chief People Officer, based in the New York office. Prior to taking on his role as CPO, Dave was a Managing Director on the Business Development team. He joined BAM in April 2015 as Director of Business Development. Dave's focus is on the sourcing and due diligence of all Non-Investment hires for the firm globally. He most recently held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Bridgewater Associates in Westport, CT. Prior to Bridgewater, Dave was the Regional Head of Recruitment at UBS, AG in New York. Dave's experience includes roles as the Regional Head of Recruitment at Bloomberg, LLP, Manager of Front Office Recruitment at Macquarie and Credit Suisse and a Corporate Recruiter for Morgan Stanley. Dave began his career in recruiting at InfoTech Solutions. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts from Springfield College, in Springfield Massachusetts.
