Austin has over 15 years’ experience of delivering HR strategy and transformation within Digital, Software, Engineering and Telecommunications industries. His experience includes leadership positions within UK and International Businesses including BT and Convergys (now part of NEC – Netcracker).

Austin is a HR specialist with a passion for employee engagement and creating/developing highly effective and motivated teams to deliver success for the people and the business. Outside of work, Austin enjoys playing, coaching and watching sports as well as listening to live music.
