Laura Davies

Laura Davies has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Laura started their career in 2002 at Vertex Data Science, where they held various roles including Service Desk Analyst, Disaster Recovery Analyst, Major Incident Analyst, and Performance Solutions Analyst/Duty Manager. Laura joined Intrinsic Technology in 2012 as a Change Analyst and later became a Change Manager. In 2016, they joined MDS Global as a Service Operation Centre Co-Ordinator.

Laura Davies completed their education in a few different institutions. In 1998-1999 and 1999-2000, they attended Hugh Baird College, where they studied Leisure and Tourism. Laura then returned to Hugh Baird College from 2000 to 2002 for further studies in the same field. In 2008, Laura attended ISEB to study ITIL Service Management. However, no specific degree was mentioned for any of these educational experiences.
