Moataz Wahba

Moataz Wahba has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications and technology industry. Moataz is currently the Regional Sales Director MENA at MDS Global, where they lead sales in the Middle East and Africa. In this position, they help Telcos and digital brands maximize their customer base, monetize new products and technologies, and enhance the digital customer experience.

Prior to their current role, Wahba served as the Chief Commercial Officer at MAS Consulting starting from August 2019.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Regional Business Development- MEA at Etiya, where they played a key role in expanding the company's presence and driving business growth in the Middle East and Africa.

Wahba also held the position of Regional Manager, Pre-sales -MEA at MATRIXX Software Inc. from March 2016 to November 2016.

Before that, they worked at CSG International as the Regional Pre-Sales Manager - Middle East & North Africa from September 2007 to December 2015.

Prior to their time at CSG International, Wahba worked at MTN as a Senior Manager, Application Development & Operations from December 2005 to August 2007.

Wahba gained valuable experience at Mobinil, where they held the role of Senior Team Leader Enterprise Applications from April 2000 to November 2005.

Moataz began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Pharma vision in 1998 and later worked as a Software Engineer at Z-Aviation Services from August 1996 to June 1998.

Moataz Wahba completed their BSC in Information Systems at Sadat Academy from 1992 to 1996. Moataz then pursued a Masters of Science in Business Information Technology at Middlesex University from 2003 to 2005.
