Mário Vinhas

Mário Vinhas serves as the Executive Director and COO at MDS Group since August 2013, with an additional role as Deputy Country Manager at RCG Powered by Herco since February 2014. Previously, Mário held the position of Commercial Director at Generali from January 1997 to August 2013, was a Branch Manager at Vitalicio Seguros from May 1993 to December 1996, and acted as Section Chief at Modelo Continente from October 1989 to October 1991. Educational achievements include an Executive Program from SingularityU Portugal in May 2024, an Executive Education in Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in late 2021, and an Executive Education in Developing Strategy for Value Creation from London Business School in 2018. Mário Vinhas holds a degree in Business Organization and Management from INP - Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões, completed between 1988 and 1993, and an Associate degree in Administrative Assistants from the same institution, earned from 1985 to 1988.
