Carolyn Hines is an experienced professional in clinical operations with over two decades of expertise in managing clinical research facilities. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at MDS Pharma Services since January 1999, Carolyn oversees a 256-bed facility that conducts a variety of clinical trials, including Phase 1 and First in Human studies. Prior to this role, Carolyn worked as a Study Coordinator at LAB Pharmacological Research International from December 1996 to January 1999, where responsibilities included coordinating the setup and execution of Phase 1 clinical trials. Carolyn holds a nursing degree from Dawson College, earned between 1980 and 1983.
