Britney Hendricks

Britney Hendricks, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Britney most recently held the position of Director of Human Resources at MDU Construction Services Group, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to that, Britney worked as a Senior HR Generalist at MDU Resources Group, Inc. from August 2019 to December 2020. With an impressive tenure at Western Cooperative Credit Union, they served as the Regional Vice President and VP of Human Resources from June 2005 to August 2019.

Britney Hendricks, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Banking and Finance, from Dickinson State University in the period from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification in 2017 and is currently pursuing the SHRM California Law HR Specialty certification from SHRM.
