Justin Dever

Justin Dever is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public relations and government affairs. Currently serving as a Senior Public Relations Specialist at MDU Resources Group, Inc. since November 2017, Justin previously held significant roles within the ND Department of Commerce from May 2005 to November 2017, including Co-Deputy Commissioner and Manager of the Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, where Justin contributed to the growth of North Dakota's unmanned aircraft systems industry. Justin’s early career included positions such as Chief of Staff to the House Majority Leader at the ND Legislative Assembly and Executive GRIA Commissioner at NDSU Student Government. Academically, Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from North Dakota State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Technology from Bismarck State College.
