Monica Edelman is an experienced professional with a strong background in member growth and customer experience, currently serving as the Executive Director of Member Growth at MDVIP since November 2010, after previously holding the position of Director of Customer Experience. Prior to joining MDVIP, Monica worked at Procter & Gamble for nearly a decade, progressing through roles from Market Research Associate Manager to Senior Market Research Manager. Earlier in their career, Monica gained experience as a Consulting Analyst at Accenture.
