Donnica Carpenter Ma, Lmhc, Lpc

Donnica Carpenter, MA, LMHC, LPC, MBA, currently serves as Manager at MDwise, Inc. since November 2022. Previously, Donnica was the Behavioral Health Initiative Lead at CareSource from February 2018 to November 2022. Donnica also held the position of Adjunct Professor (part-time) at Indiana Tech University from July 2017 to August 2020, and served as the Interim Clinical Director at Salvation Army Harbor Light Center in the summer of 2019. Experience at Anthem spanned several roles from 2008 to 2018, including Statewide Behavioral Health Network Education Representative and Behavioral Health Clinical Lead. Donnica's educational background includes an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Capella University (2018-2020) and an MA in Community Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University (2003-2005), along with prior studies at Indiana State University and Northwest High School.
