Abhisek Ghosal

Abhisek Ghosal, Ph.D., is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in product development and research within the biotechnology and clinical assay sectors. Currently serving as a Product Development Scientist at mdxhealth since September 2024, Abhisek has previously held significant roles at Lucid Diagnostics, contributing as a Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist in NGS Product Development, and at NeoGenomics Laboratories in positions focused on clinical assay development. Abhisek's career began at ResearchDx, where expertise in next-generation sequencing method development was established, followed by foundational work at PRODO LABORATORIES, INC. in cell biology and therapeutic application. Abhisek has also contributed to molecular biology research as an Assistant Project Scientist at UC Irvine, focusing on vitamin transporters in pancreatic beta cells.
