Rebeca Fernandez Lara is a seasoned Product Development Scientist with extensive experience in creating customized color solutions at Oterra since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rebeca served as both a Product Development Scientist and Technical Project Leader at Chr. Hansen, focusing on customer-centric project developments across various sectors including dairy and confectionery. Rebeca's career commenced as a Senior Analyst managing a certified food analysis laboratory at Bufete Quimico. In addition to practical industry experience, Rebeca holds a PhD in Food Science from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and has pursued specialized education in colorimetry and foreign languages. Rebeca has also demonstrated academic involvement through poster presentations at the Institute of Food Technologists.
