John Waggoner

John Waggoner is an experienced project manager and engineer with a strong background in drilling services and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Project Engineer at M&E Contractors, Inc. since March 2016, John previously held various roles at Halliburton - Sperry Drilling from July 2008 to March 2015, including Directional Drilling Manager and DD Service Coordinator, where responsibilities involved job design, technical support, and service coordination for multiple drilling operations. John's earlier career included roles as an LWD/MWD Field Engineer and Reliability Engineering Intern at Celanese, focusing on efficiency improvements in machinery and engineering systems. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.
