Nadzatul Shima Jaafar

Nadzatul Shima Jaafar is an experienced program director currently leading initiatives focused on youth employability and digital upskilling at Mereka since August 2022. With a background in project management and coordination, Nadzatul previously held roles at the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative, Wedu Global, and Techsoup Asia-Pacific, where significant contributions included the implementation of educational programs and workshops for youth across Southeast Asia. Nadzatul's expertise encompasses strategic partnership development, stakeholder relations, logistics management, and capacity building, supported by a solid educational foundation in communication and English language from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin and a diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language from Darul Iman University.
