Richard Plymale

Richard Plymale has extensive experience in the transportation industry, with a background in project management, bridge and roadway design, site development, surveying, and construction inspection. Richard has held leadership roles such as CEO, Principal, VP, and Senior Vice President in various companies. Richard founded RPM Engineers and grew it to approximately 100 employees in less than seven years. Richard holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering.
